Why so early?

Working out early takes many of the excuses away. It kicks your metabolism into high gear early in the morning. Boot camp begins at 5:30 am so you may want to wake up around 5 am to get dressed, have a snack, & fill your water bottle prior to packing your weights, mat, and towel. Get your workout done first thing and start your day off right! No more dragging to a workout after a long day of work, school, kids, etc. It's a whole new way of life! It may take some getting used to but will be well worth it. 

What if I haven't worked out in years?

Beachside Boot Camp caters to ALL fitness levels. You can start very gradually with lighter weights, less reps, and modifications to any exercise we are doing. You will never be forced to do ANY move that you are not comfortable with. Our group consists of all ages and levels of fitness. Try it and see!
